Pelican Lakes Country Club Wedding {Darek & Chrissy}

If you were to ask Kris, fewer things go together better than golf and beer.  Pair that with the beautiful grounds at Pelican Lakes Golf Course and you have the perfect day for Darek and Chrissy’s wedding. 

The groomsman started the day beating the heat with an early morning tee time and a few beers while the ladies enjoyed the morning getting ready and sipping on mimosas.  The girls canary dresses were beautiful against the groomsman grey tuxes and added another touch of summer to this amazing event!

Year-to-date, their wedding was easily the hottest wedding we’ve photographed, but what better day to photograph a wedding, than with a barefoot bride, on a beach, surrounded by water?  Chrissy arrived by way of a horse drawn carriage with her dad and with every step they took, laughter engulfed this heart-tugging moment for a father.

To Darek and Chrissy, thank you so much for allowing us to be a small part of your amazing day.  From the moments with your dad, to the incredible cake smash to the emotional first dances, we’ve enjoyed how easy-going you two have been.
