Saint Malo & The Stanley Hotel {Tyler & Hillary}

Hillary contacted us last year to capture her Stanley Hotel wedding and shortly after booking, we learned that the ceremony would take place at one of the most breathtaking churches in Colorado, Saint Malo.

Upon arrival this day was set for perfection with incredible temperatures, gorgeous skies and an incredible breeze. As we started capturing the grounds at the Stanley, we couldn't help but love the rich handcrafted wood throughout the hotel and history behind the stories. We heard one ghost story after another as we photographed Hillary's gown and waited for the arrival of our bride and groom.

Setting this day in motion, Tyler's best friend unexpectedly flew in the morning of their wedding to not only surprise his groom, but stand by him as he said "I Do". With Tyler's day set in motion, he was ready to spend a day surrounded by family and friends to marry his best friend.

Just across the hotel, Hillary prepared to see her father for the first time, emotions were high and the moment when dad saw his little girl was one for the books. The best part about all of it was when dad took a step back after giving her a hug and Hillary said "Awww daddy, you're crying". Truly some of the best moments for us!
